Karen has been working in the senior living sector for the past two decades. She is a multi-talented leader in the industry. Karen obtained her nursing license in Canada and has served as the Director of Resident Care for another assisted living community in Santa Clara and earned her a stellar reputation in the industry.  Karen's philosophy centers on creating a culture rooted in caring, compassionate values, and a strong commitment to the organization's mission and purpose.  Karen believes that the secret to everything we do is found in creating the right community, a culture that is fostered in caring, compassionate values, and a strong commitment to our mission and purpose as an organization.
